I have been an avid mystery & thriller reader ever since I picked up my first Robert Parker novel as an early teenager. I can chart my life through the novels of Jeffery Deaver, Lee Child, Harlan Coben, David Baldacci, and so many more tremendous writers.
Eventually I began writing my own stories, with an emphasis on multiple POVs, twisted plots, and emotional gravitas.
By day I am a mathematician at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. I graduated from the College of William & Mary with a degree in mathematics, and continued on to an M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, College Park in applied mathematics.
I live in Virginia, with my wife and two cats.
